Nicole and Joe’s Wedding was a blast! They’re are such a fantastic couple, and they are the perfect mix of romantic and hilarious. I loved Nicole’s unique dress, and the way the Couple did their own thing and made their Wedding THEIRS. Here is a fabulous Q&A with the Bride, and then on to some photos!
Looking back, what were some of your favorite parts or moments of the Wedding day?
The ceremony and the dancing 🙂
What was your favorite piece of fashion or accessory, and where did you get it?
Aside from my dress which I designed myself, one of my favorite pieces was a cocktail ring that my grandmother gave me a few days before the wedding, in the shape of an S (for her name, Santa Rose), surrounded by a few diamonds.
What was the inspiration for your decor or styling?
I wanted something colorful and fresh, but still elegant and timeless. The bird-of-paradise flowers encapsulated that, and provided a complimentary contrast to the colors in my dress.

The fact that One Direction was playing at Soldier Field provided lots of tween screaming at key moments during the ceremony.

Tell us about the Honeymoon!
We spent 9 days in Zihuatanejo, MX. Renting a car was key, as we got to explore the coast whenever we wanted to, as well as sample the local culture downtown. Apart from drinking, eating, and reading, we managed to go jet-skiing, horseback riding, snorkeling, and scuba diving. It was amazing!
