How I Shot It: Photography Tutorial 38

I usually don’t have a ton of time for portraits of the whole wedding party, but I had pre-visualized this shot!

How it was done:

  • There’s a flash with a MagMod MagGrid to camera left, about 8 feet up and slightly pointed down, behind the stairs/column, pointed to the Couple.
  • Settings: ISO 1600, 1/200th shutter, f/2.8, 61mm on the 70-200mm Canon lens.
  • Flash power was probably 1/64th or so.
  • Dvlop preset: Two Mann – Amarone
