I used to be afraid of shooting outside at night, and would schedule sessions only before the sun went down. Now I make sure that sessions include time after sunset! MagMod MagGrids are especially helpful to make sure you aren’t lighting up the whole beach…just the Couple.
How it was done:
- The AD200 Flash was at 1/64th, and was about 10 feet away, camera right (out of frame). The flash was about 7 feet high. I had the Godox XPro-C on, which has a focus assist beam.
- ISO 2500, f/2.8, 24mm, shutter 1/200th
